Reusable Travel Utensils
When I traveled a lot for work, I would always have a plastic fork and spoon rolling around in the bottom of my travel bag. I could not bring myself to grab more plastic utensils at every airport, so I would rummage around, take them out and use them, then wipe them off really well and throw them back in my bag. Gross? Yep. But I'm still alive.
Now that I'll be traveling again, I have just purchased my first set of reusable travel utensils! Real forks and knives in a great little carrying case! I bought this set specifically for the straw with the silicone tips which, to me, are more comfortable.
I will probably still just wipe them off and throw them back in the case, but FYI for those that are more germaphobic--these colored metals generally need to be washed by hand rather than the dishwasher.
Bon Appetit!
